1. Operator and Acceptance of Terms

GiveMeImage is operated by Harsimran Singh Gill, an individual/sole proprietor based in India. Throughout these Terms, 'GiveMeImage', 'we', 'us', and 'our' refer to the GiveMeImage service operated by Harsimran Singh Gill.

By accessing or using GiveMeImage, you agree to these Terms of Service and to comply with laws that apply to you. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. Plans and Permitted Use

GiveMeImage offers a Free plan, a Studio Monthly subscription, and a Studio Yearly subscription. Your access to templates, export options, and other features is subject to the limits of your plan and these Terms.

Free plan: Includes the templates, export resolution, and watermark treatment shown on the current pricing page.
Studio Monthly and Studio Yearly: Provide paid features such as premium templates, watermark removal, and higher-resolution exports as described on the current pricing page.

Features and plan limits may change over time. The pricing page and checkout display the current price, billing interval, included features, and applicable taxes before purchase.

3. Your Content and Local Processing

You retain ownership of the images you import and the sheets you compile. Image cropping, positioning, layout rendering, and export processing take place locally in your browser. You are responsible for having the rights needed to use your content and for keeping backup copies of your original files and exports.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Renewals

Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and payment provider for Studio Monthly and Studio Yearly purchases. Your transaction is with Paddle, which handles checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, and approved refunds. We do not store your full payment-card details.

Studio Monthly renews each month and Studio Yearly renews each year unless cancelled before the next billing date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Paddle to charge the payment method on file at the stated recurring price, plus applicable taxes, for each renewal.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a Studio subscription through your GiveMeImage account settings or through the subscription-management link provided by Paddle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, prevents future renewals, and does not automatically refund charges already paid. Access to paid features continues until the end of that billing period unless a refund or applicable law requires otherwise.

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, Paddle's buyer terms and refund policy, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

6. Service Availability and Disclaimers

GiveMeImage is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Browser crashes, tab reloads, device limitations, network failures, or software defects may interrupt the service or cause unsaved work to be lost. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GiveMeImage and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

8. Third-Party Links

GiveMeImage may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is subject to its own terms and policies.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service, law, or business practices. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of GiveMeImage in India, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
